how long does it take for support to answer usually?

i need to license maxwell 3 and maxwell 4 on my new machine because the old hard drive exploded.
I have so much urgency still havent received an answer from support.

1) Go to https://maxwellrender.com/

2) Login to your Nextlimit portal

3) on the left side you will find MY PRODUCTS tab. click on it.

4) you will find all your Purchased and assigned products listed from the newest to the oldest.

5) You will find a line with - Maxwell 3.0 and relative product Key to activate the product. The same for V4.0

Use those Product Keys for activate your Software.

If you still have problems activating them, you need to contact directly MAXWELL RENDER support.

Janna fixed it, problem solved, i trashed my old hard drive and licenses are tied to host ID which is changed so they had to do it.
