When accessing the Portal to update Maxwell Studio to the latest 5.2 there was also an update for ML. Installing ML2 gives the following error. We've uninstalled it, rebooted, reinstalled and each time the same error. Any suggestions on how to get it to run?

Looking for this .dll files I found out on google it’s a Windows .dll files essential to run some specific /general software.

Probably the problem is related to your Windows installation more then A Multilight problem.
