denoiser on a network rendering

How does the denoiser works on a network rendering. Does the remote computer computes the data for the final denoised image or is the the one with the maxwell monitor /manager where the rendering was added?

I am not familiar enough with the denoiser to answer this, can you please ask in the general Maxwell forum?
