Unfortunately, no (except for using custom per-application DPI scaling -- try googling "Disable display scaling on high DPI settings"), the user interface of this plugin was designed before the existence of such displays, and cannot feasibly be made compatible with them until it is completely rewritten.
This worked GREAT for the small interface problem on hi resolution displays.
Right-click the application's shortcut and then click Properties. On the Compatibility tab, checkmark Override high DPI scaling behaviour. then select SYSTEM or SYSTEM ENHANCED.
