Hi, will there be an update for cinema 4D R21 in the future?
Can I use the current plugin or should I wait until there will be a new release?

Is there any sign when Maxwell is updated to be used in Cinema 4D R21?
At the moment 4.2 doesn't work.

Yes, there will be updates for Cinema 4D; however, it's not on the list yet because the coding part is a bit more tricky especially when trying to make it compatible with R21, so it might take some time. We plan to release another version for Maxwell 4 to support R21 and also for Maxwell 5, of course.

how about an upgrade option from v3? I cannot find an option for that?!

I never ever used v4 and have no intention to, but v5 makes me interested as I still love Maxwell a lot and would switch back from my current render engines..

after quitting because the LW plugin was discontinued and after switching to C4D as my main 3D platform, i'm potentially interested getting an option for C4D as well. i also jumped V4 and hope there will a good upgrade from V3 to version 5.
