Export animation is not launching.

I did a reinstall but that didnt fix it
any ideas?
I notice in c4d maxwell preferences are blank.. no paths, even after reinstall.

I think the maxwell scene object was corrupt. I replaced it and now it works... hmmm.

Ok it was not corrupt. In the scene object it had command line -d (the default)
I removed -d and now animation works. So this is a bug then.
