It seems the problem with the grass material is more serious than it seemed. The problem is that ArchiCad doesn't pass the right material info to the plugin under AC18 - not just the grass parameters but other Maxwell settings are numb too. Right now I am not sure if it is because wrong handling of the changed API functions, or bug in the API (or inside ArchiCad).
I have started a discussion about it with the AC guys, hopefully I will get more info soon.

WARNING:
Material export doesn't work normally under ArchiCAD version 18! It is a bug in ArchiCad, expected to be fixed with Hotfix1.

After downloading and unarchive I got version 3.2.0 inside, instead 3.2.1. Same build number is in plugin palette inside ArchiCAD. Win version.
