Black Noise - Artefacts?

Does anyone knows how these black dots came here?
iso 800, f16, s1/10
sl 14, hdr (reflection, background), sky (illumination), sun (sketchup settings)

Resuming or opening an mxi file that uses HDR, right?
We have it reported. It's waiting for a fix.
If you leave it rendering for a bit, they will eventually disappear.

I will try another run without the HDR, and see what happens.
