MW V4.1 - Crash when Denoiser Enabled (Win 10)

Thank you Maxwell Team -- really liking the new release and improvements to Maxwell!

I've got a scene with an emitter projector and volumetric and when I enable denoiser (either before rendering or after enabling a render and restarting) Render crashes. I turned off "Use GPU" to see if it made a difference, and it doesn't, still crashes.

Scene doesn't crash immediately, it seems to be after a couple of passes.

I have a similar problem even without denoiser where the CPU seems to be taxed at a higher priority even at "Low" than before (same setting in V3). Previously I had it running in the background with hardly any impact on my normal workflow, now it sometimes hangs for several seconds. Same computer, OS etc. (Windows 7 x64, Xenon 2x X5650, 16 GByte RAM)
