I'm in the process of setting up some overlays to add content on top of some architectural photos. The 3ds Max plugin doesn't show "Shift Lens" effects in the viewport, so I thought I would set this up in Maxwell Studio.
I added the photo as a background in the IBL section and checked "Screen Mapping". The problem I have is that as soon as I start to shift the lens, it moves the background within the Maxwell Studio viewport too. The render comes out fine with the image correctly mapped, it's just the viewport display. I'm using Maxwell version 3.0.1.3. I can work through this by systematically looking at the renders, but it would be really handy if the viewport maintained the background placement within the camera frame.
Thanks!
