Is it possible to create a glazed material like the attached within maxwell ?

Not really sure what your question is here but Maxwell Zone has a very nice "glazed material" that comes with its "Fish Vases" model. I'd use that as a starting point and then add an edge wear map and go from there.

Sure it is.
one layer for the base colour.
second layer for base spec (slightly less rough - good place for roughness map)
and a top layer for a coating.
+ global bump :)
and yep - curvature map for edge wear :) easy to get from apps like Substance Painter, Mari, or, pretty much, any DCC.
