Mac OSX bug report

When Maxwell crash the system open the bug report window... on the button I read "send to Apple"... my question is: the bug report will be send to apple or to Next Limits?

...Only to say if spend or not my time to make a bug/crash report...

... when I make the betatesting of Artlantis R Abvent people ask me to send the bug report... Apple redirect the BR to the softwarehouse?
