(I have written support about this, but I am trying here too, since I need to get up and running - and I don't have premium support whatever that really means)

I have tried to Activate the license (V4) on the new machine, but can't. A dialog says to contact support. I suppose that's because tech has to release the license from the old host ID it's connected to. Is this correct? ...or is this something I can do on my own somehow?
