I remember it was a user that did those, but if you need a specific RAL color, why not just use a converter to input RGB equivalents? You can find plenty online. Those materials where just a simple diffuse with the RGB equivalents so filling your scene with diffuse, completely perfect color materials won't look that great...

Here's a nice converter:

It would also be more practical and faster to add colors to the color chips instead of having an MXM for each color.

Some interesting topics for me:
- keep materials simple but realistic (fast render, few layers as possible)
- food materials with/without SSS (pastry, fruits)
- imperfections in material (separate dust or smudge layers)
- workflows with Max and C4D (like Mirce did with SketchUp in episode 1)

these are super old, and the ND setting does not really make sense, but it still helps I guess.
I don't even remember where these are from.. I think the user "Jomaga" compiled a RAL set like a decade ago, but I am not sure if this is the one. anyway It used to be public available so I hope no one minds me reposting.

Here is the registration link for Episode 3, on March 1st:

https://attendee.gotowebinar.com/regist ... 1323904515

I'm going to go through creating a thick shag carpet using Maxwell Grass, plus some material tests for it ("normal" vs thinSSS).

No guest this time unfortunately, the people I contacted were too unsure of their level of english :P

Same time as always, 18:00 CET, this Thursday.

I understand. What do you think about short demos with no sound? A lot of tutorials are without sound. It’s not ideal, but better then nothing. Or the possibility that only you (Mihai) and the guest can hear and talk to each other and Mihai‘s voice is audible for the audience.

Thanks for the suggestions, yes I keep my eye on the Maxwell Xperts page, I contacted Toni already but he said his level of english is not good enough for a presentation and since I don't speak spanish in order to translate...

However I can confirm Matthew Cherry on March 22nd :)

I contacted also Anita Brown for March 8th (International Women's Day...) but still waiting for a reply.
