I posed a similar question in the GPU thread from yesterday...
What would be the CPU/Ram configuration that would be equivalent to the GPU rendering capabilities of a Titan XP card?
I need to spec a machine (Today) and don't want to go overboard with redundant capabilities. For example if the Titan XP renders as fast as a new generation 8-Core Xeon with 32 gigs of ram, I would choose the Titan, but save money on a lower spec processor.
Is there an updated comparison site for MW V4, similar to the Benchwell site for V1-V3?
