Is it safe for MR Studio users to upgrade a multi-seat (industrial design) installation from MR 3.1 to 4.1?

1. Is the CPU rendering on 4.1 at least as fast as it was on 3.1?
2. Is the CPU rendering on 4.1 quality wise on par with 3.1?
2. Are there still major features missing in 4.1 that prevents using GPUs for commercial work?

1. Yes, now it is. It was fixed in 4.0.1.1

2. Yes.

3. Depends on what you need.
For example GPU still doesnt support Additive layers and SSS.

(for me there isn't a reason to use GPU until these two features aren't fully supported)
