Problem with resume render

Hello
there is a problem when resume render ; Maxwell render always changed quality to GPU
and always priority was : normal despite i always set priority to low and quality to cpu
now i can't resume any render !
i hope you fix that and also make fire cpu as default when studio opened ; i don't know why you set gpu as default
