Maxwell 3.2.0.4 : error message

Hello
when i installed the last version i got this error message ; i ignored it and maxwell work fine
but what this message mean ?

Did you right click on the installer and chose "Run as Administrator"?

thanks i do that now and no error message
but that didn't happened before
