3.2.0.2 Motion blur broken when more than 1 camera in scene

I noticed that motion blur ceases to function at all when more than one camera is in the scene. I'm rendering from 3ds Max and I was able to replicate the issue in a simple scene.
Moving cube + 1 camera = motion blur works
Add a second camera = motion blur stops working
