As I reported several releases ago the mac version has broken tp_network executables. Again, the fix is easy but it's not convenient to repeat this on every release.

Here are the terminal commands to make them usable:

sudo chmod +x /Applications/Maxwell\ 3/tp_network/tp_network_monitor.app/Contents/MacOS/launcher.osx
sudo chmod +x /Applications/Maxwell\ 3/tp_network/tp_network_manager.app/Contents/MacOS/launcher.osx
sudo chmod +x /Applications/Maxwell\ 3/tp_network/tp_network_node.app/Contents/MacOS/launcher.osx

P.S. Or is it left broken intentionally as the tp_network still doesn't allow to add jobs? Tested once again on version 0.8.3 that ships with Early Build 3.2.0.2
