this problem pops up once in a while. local and over the network, sometimes I can't delete an mxi. but I don't see a pattern; some in the same directory I can delete some it says: "the action can't be completed because the file is open in windows explorer"

it seems the mxi preview thread is sometimes not finishing in a clean manner.

Also I am wondering how can one avoid, when .eg browsing over vpn, to get explorer stuck on trying to generate .mxi preview for eg. 900MB files? Probably just an alternative file browser?
