Hello
i created custom alpha for the orange material with sl : 22 and set render sl to : 16
but the render finished at sl 16 ; than i increased it to 19

Have you checked the result of custom alpha? I am sure it is black in your case as the juice is completely covered with dielectric.

Try an object ID as alpha instead.

object ID channel ?
the custom alpha was black and th object ID created for glass only

I ment:
instead of a MatID, try rendering an object ID for the SSS and see if that alpha is visible.

Yes, this is a case where refractions taken into account for the MatID and ObjID would be helpful. I guess manually specifying a render area instead of using alphas in this case is the only way. Or just use the matID or objID of the glass itself.

matID or objID of the glass rendered as opaque object ; like there is no liquid inside it
i will create a mask for the orange

Why bother? The glass alpha itself is a close enough shape to render more the SSS, even if it does also render a little bit more area than you need.
