Next Limit Team,
thank you for the hard work on the new 3.1 release!
I have 2 questions for you:

I had a problem with polygons disappearing when the sky is on (see what happens in the jpg attached with different values of the sky): it happens only with one material that has a jpg as a map and that it is on the ceiling, because this doen't happen when the same material is applied to other objects in the scene.
Is it something known to you?
I'm on win7-64bit, coming out of sketchup 2015-64bit and passing through Maxwell Studio.
Later I can try to semplify the model and send it to you if you want.

The other problem is with the new "faked" lights.
I like them, but is it possible that they slow radically down the speed of the render (and add a lot of noise)?
Also I need to give probably 1,000 times the power to achieve some visibility, and the result is a particularly washed-out illuminated polygons.

Ciao,
Gio

Can you show the material settings, looks like your material has less than 100% opacity.

Thank you Eric.

Is this enough?

What about the noise, speed and power of the new lights?

Ciao,

Your base layer is only 80%, it must be 100% to get a solid material. (You can have a base layer which is just pure black at 100%, and then use additive layers added to that, if you need to.)
