Netrender ignoring frames

Hi
I am trying to run a quick animation test render, I export 24 frames, they are all visible and correct but when I send the job to the netrender I get this message:-
The following frames could not be found in the scene folder. The job will fail.
Missing frames:
10,20
Has anyone any idea why this could be happening please? I have tried putting an underscore after the name, I also tried adding an extra 0 so I got 01,02...010 etc, that didn't work either I then got a message saying it could find frames 10-24.
Any ideas would be much appreciated.
