Blow-Up behaviour

Hi all,
I often use camera film offset (95%), but I noticed that when I set Blow-up render this don´t "obey" the film offset, I´m not sure if is a bug or a limitation of the plugin.
Cheers

I think I see what you mean, but I don't think it is on the plugin's side. The surest way to know would be to try eliminating as many factors as possible, which you can do in this case by rendering a standard scene, and then setting up the blow-up region entirely within Maxwell Render itself, using the Camera panel.

I´m so sorry but I´m not following you today (my baby haven´t sleep whole night

)
Here is the screeshot
And the result, becasue the blow-up is not reading the Film offset, so it "reset" the film offset to 0 and then render.

PS. If you want I can send you this scene

Thanks, this confirms what I am seeing here, and that it is not plugin-related. You should find that it is reproducible using these steps:
- remove the region tag in Cinema.
- render the scene as normal.
- in maxwell.exe, stop the render.
- open the Camera panel.
- set up your blow-up region.
- re-start the render.

Now I see, so this is a problem from the engine side then?

Yes, that appears to be the case -- besides the above steps, which eliminate the Cinema plugin as a source, I've now confirmed the same behavior when rendering from Studio, and from other plugins.

So maybe this could be move to bug report section when more tests are done to cofirm a bug in the engine.

Yes, I have moved (or rather copied -- never tried doing this before) this to the bugs section, here:
