the new/old network render problems

Is the network render working for other users?
I am have real problems getting maxwell to render single images in the network. (Already wasted 9 hours on this problem and counting)

We are using 2 Mac Pros 10.6.1 with maxwell 2.01 (second release of 2.01) and the file is from Maxwell Studio.

1. After "Pack and go" I have to move or hide the original textures as it refers to these not the bitmaps in the "pack and go" folder.
2. When sending bitmaps to a render node it stalls after the 4th or 5th bitmap. (Some times it works with exactly the same files.)
3. If it does manage to start rendering neither the tif or mxi comes back to the network folder (it does have permission) so I have to copy the file from the temp folder but on some occasions there is no mxi file!

Below is the log from the window but I also get a message where maxwell is converting the name of the folder the images are being saved to the name of the local machine (render node).

Did manage to get it rendering by turning off "send textures" so the nodes get the textures for themselves.
But collecting the images at the end is still a problem and the mxi seems to disappear from the temp folder.

What is happening?

I am still unable to save the mxi in the network render and need them.

What is the problem or am I missing something?
