Is anyone having a hard time with the new rotate tool ?
Does not seem to work as expected here on OSX

Yes,

It's not working as it should when moved from the handles, you must use the object properties for it until we solve this issue. Sorry for the inconveniences.

Download Maxwell for OSX again form the download page this bug should be solved in that version (May be the date there is not updated yet, but the download file is)
