Reverse normals doesn´t work (MXStudio 1.5.0.2 on Mac)

I tried several 3d file formats and the result is all the same. Either dxf, obj nor 3ds imported content can change the normals. That´s a mess when you are working with custom geometry to use as emitters...
I tested it on my G5 Dual and MacPro...
Is that already known?
