Trying to setup network rendering

Hey guys trying to get network rendering setup on my mac network. Whenever I plug in like:

Pod-3s-Computer:~ pod3$ mxcl -manager
-bash: mxcl: command not found


Keeps saying that! Anyone have this problem that could help out! Thanks!
