"I find your lack of faith disturbing." Mike Verta

Mike,

I find the lack of transparency disturbing. I do business in the US and the EU. If you guys miss another deadline without seriously kissing some asses, I will call my attorney and find out about a class action lawsuit against Maxwell in the EU.

I need a working product for Mac OS X. It's simple. Produce it or give people's money back. Or face a class action lawsuit. I am sure that I can line up 20 or 30 who would enter it with me.

I really sick and tired of people who make promises they don't keep. It's simple, you do what you say you'll do or you make it up to people.

Sincerely,

William

Though I'm with you (especially on the legal part though there is no exact class action suit in the EU the way you have it in the US) I would like to point out that Mike is just a user and tester, not one of "them". He's giving more info than the company itself and he shouldn't be adressed. Don't shoot the messenger.

There's civil (private) law as well as crimimal law in the EU. That should do.

It will, but in a class action suit NL would have to face "punitive damage", while in a civil case all they have to face is a refund + legal costs.

Criminal law will not apply here (yet).

I have contacted my attorney about a class action suit in the United States.

Contact me if you are interested in joining.

Enough is enough, they have to deliver or return people's money. If I jacked a client around like this I could lose my license to practice architecture.

anything (at) makearchitecture (dot) com will arrive in my mailbox.
