In fact Maxwell's beta has already given me much more money than I paid for v1.0.

Well here's my question everytime I read a post like this. What prevented you from making money before Maxwell? Just wondering?
You needed a GI that takes 2-3 days to render aparently.
I just wanted to be more possitive.
Nothing prevented me for making money apart from my own clumsyness. MR made my renders become better than I was doing before without it and that gives you money and customers (I don't own V-ray or any other GI engine apart from the ones from 3dsmax).
I mostly do exterior stills so just need some hours to render.
Well, the overall is that the result of my job is better.
And the point is that I don't want my money back I just want my MR v1.0 and if we have to wait, I'll wait; they are working on it; lawsuits won't make it faster (in fact, it can destroy the whole project and even the firm). Maybe if they were laughing at us and doing nothing I would add up to your trial, but I don't think that's the picture.
I don't really know how usefull is beta for Mac maybe if I were a Mac user I was not so happy, but the thing is that I find makeArchitecture's attitude destructive. He will spend the money, nobody will have a good Maxwell, he will get some headaches and even if he wins the lawsuit the feeling wont be good. This is the process: buy MR - wait - get frustated - want money back - more frustation - lawsuit - get money back though spent more money on my attorney - state which is just like at the beggining but with less money, nevertheless justice was done, Next Limit destroyed and none will have Maxwell.
Maybe justice is worth it for you... but I want Maxwell.
