This forum could use an FAQ and a link to the videos

Hi
I stumbled on Juan's videos very informative, it would be useful for new forum members to see these in their own Sticky--- as they are not easily found.
A FAQ list would also be useful--- It's normaly the first thing I read in a forum so not to ask the same questions others have asked over and over again.
