Known issues:

1. using 'Render Blow-up' once causes any further normal 'Render' calls to continue to use blow-up mode

- this will be fixed in the next update
- workaround 1: close & re-open the document - if it's been saved, use workaround 2
- workaround 2: in Scene Manager > Output, click 'Reset Output parameters'
