Did you try just creating the mxs file, but not also rendering it? You could then open the mxs in the new version of Studio and render it from there.

I don't remember exactly, but don't you get this message if you leave the .mxs extension off the file?

This is cos your using the 1.1 plugin with the 1.5 engine i expect - i did the same.

Hi,

the thing is that you have no guarantees that it will work because the plugin was developed for SW2007.
In fact, we used to have a 2006 plugin in the 1.0 version but due to limitations in the SDK we had to stop supporting it and use 2007 SDK version instead which is more powerful for making a plugin.

I hope this make sense.
If you're working in 2006 I recomend to export to dxf, obj or similar format and use Maxwell Studio as a workaround.
