For example if I have a camera 1 view set up in soldiworks and save it. Then save that view, teh preview that I saved changes a little when I view it in soldworks regular view it changes slightly.
Also how do I use that exact view in studio.
I click on the camera one and select" make camera active" but it doesn't change the view.
Any help will be helpfull
thanks

Is this in 1.5?
In the previous 1.1 - I noticed the cameras in Studio sometimes did not seem to have loaded the SW camera positions, but sometimes they did. I thought it was an issue that was being solved, but then my memory is failling me as I accelerate away from 40yrs.

yes this is 1.5
So is what I am doing correct.
1. Set up views in SWX save a camera view.
2. Save .mxs
3.Open up Studio
4. Select Camera 1 then set as active....
I try this but not much success.
thanks

Got 1.5 working now
Whatr your doing is the way it used to work , however I am finding that the 1.5 camera does not have the same field of view as the sw camera. In 1.1 it did and was a pretty good match.
In the sw camera I set it as a closeup - and then it renders from a further distance back - considerably further. As setting must be out somewhere.
