Maxwell Render | Official public forum

Has anyone heard if NL will be attending Solidworks World 2007 and / or exhibiting? It would be nice to know because this could become a much needed point of contact for those of us using the SW plugin.

I would also like to know if NL is planning to make any announcements at the show regarding the plugin.

Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Next Limit will be there. They are listed as being an exhibitor and Juan and Phil will be giving a 90 minute technical session on Maxwell Render and SolidWorks according to the SWW agenda.

I don't know for sure but I've also been lead to believe we're going to hear some announcments from SolidWorks and Next Limit during SWW.

I'll also have interviews posted at my blog (during SWW) with Next limit and SolidWorks concerning the future of Maxwell Render / SolidWorks / PhotoWorks.

I had a feeling that NL may have been waiting for the conference to make an announcement.

Hope to see you and some of the other users there. Maybe we can coordinate and swap storries with the NL folks. Maybe we can form our own improptu get together during one of the receptions.

Does anyone know what day the keynote speaker (Steve Wosniak) is presenting? I didn't see a date in the conference program, and since I can only make it out to the show for one day, I was hoping that he would be speaking on the same day as NL's presentation.

I don't know for sure but in years past the guest keynote speakers (Burt Rutan, Seymor and Powell) have given their talks during the Tuesday General Session. I'm guessing it will be the same this year.

I will take the plane to New Orleans in a few hours; I hope to see some of you guys there!
