Tigger (less stripes) modelled in SW as the hanger for a baby bouncer.
I am trying to render this rich orange (like the one on the blue background) but I need it to be against white, which of course lightens the shiny orange too much. Perhaps inevitable?
The shaders have two bsdf layers, one Lambertian @ 100% and the second 5% rough @ 50% strength.
Any suggestions?

That's really well modeled Adman  you know your SolidWorks like the back of your hand. Good job on the renderings, i like the one with the darkblue background, it brings the model out better. I hope you find a way to solve the white background problem.

Looks cool. about the orange in the first one. I dont think you can get around this unless you knock back the reflection of the orange plastic. Otherwise You could take what you have and try adjusting the saturation in photoshop if you have that app. Here is my attempt at getting it more orange in photoshop.

Hi Eric

Thanks, the orange is stronger but the highlights haven't the 'zing' I was hoping for.
Perhaps I will play with the setting which at the moment is a white bowl shape with illumination from just the skydome.

Thanks Max, this is the most challenging thing I have modelled in SW (except for Pooh..........Winnie!).
Appreciate your enthusiasm around the forum.

Hi Adman,

I think that what you're missing is the infamous disabled SSS...super-nice model, by the way! 8)
