Render Region / Blowup broken?

On my side here in Studio I can't seem to get either Region or Blowup to work anymore.
Is this since 3.2.1.4?
Can someone confirm this bug or deny it?

I did a quick test and seems to be working. On render only, because regions are not supported on FIRE. So, what is the behavior you have?

odd... I set the 'thing' to Region or Blowup, draw a rectangle in the viewport. Click Render. Render window opens and starts rendering full image.
It was still working on Sunday, that's why I wondered maybe something broke in last update..
I'll test with a new scene...

It works fine in a new scene, just not the scene I was working on.

Still thinking this is a bug as it still happens.
It works at first when starting a new scene but after awhile it just doesn't work anymore and
both Region and Blowup render a full image.
Anyone an idea what's going on? I can send a test-file if that would be helpful...
