I can neither log in to my gateway page nor run Maxwell!

Anyone else having problems with accessing customer gateway or running Maxwell. I noticed today that my license no longer works, even after trying to re-enter the info through dialogue box. Nor am I able to log into my gateway page after receiving message claiming my login is wrong or outdated. :x I sent a message to tech, but what is going on? Please tell me that there is a server issue on Next Limit's end.


UPDATE: I am now able to run Maxwell with my license. I have no idea why it was not working earlier, but I still can't log into my gateway page.

They way I go into the Gateway is from the email they sent you when you buy the license.
Is that the way you are doing it?
I don't like all this logging in for different stuff all for one thing...Maxwell.
I wish they could consolidate the logins for the gateway,the forum,and the materials site.

I'm able to log on (to https://portal.nextlimit.com) just fine, so please try refreshing your browser, or using a different one (or making sure caps lock is not on, or that a browser plugin or anti-malware application is not interfering, and such).
