Updated to 3.1.1.0 and now when I send a file to network render it stalls and the monitor never gets beyond ### Submitting job...###

manager shows the following:

at this point it used to send all the dependencies.. now it just stalls..

I've tried sending basic file and still does nothing...

I've tried to run it just on the local machine with the local machines network render node and still stalls....

This is so very frustrating.... I love the results I get from Maxwell but the instability is mind numbingly frustrating...
