Internal material inclusions?

Hey guys,

Does anyone know if it's possible to create a material with internal inclusion textures at certain levels throughout it, or can this only be done with modelling?
What I'm looking to try and recreate is an emerald material that has black inclusions in it such as these:

I can only make something that has an "inclusion" placed on the surface of the object, whereas I want them to appear part way through the object.

Best regards,

Gareth

modeling give nice result
you can use particles in blender than load the particle file in studio and apply maxwell clone modifier
and create different particle files to use different small shapes
