instances with world UV's

Hi guys,
can i "wrap" a texture among all the instances of an object?
Imagine a rug with a drawing on it, and you want to project that drawing on all hair instances.
Is that possible in Maxwell?

you can convert instances to objects and merge them than you apply your texture
and use this new object as mxs reference
what you want is like apply uv map to a group of objects and this is impossible.
or you can try with maxwell cloner and particle file than try to apply uv map .

If you're only talking about hair yes it's possible, using channel 1 instead of channel 0. More details on the hair examples page:

Depending on which plugin you use, there are some specific workflows, so look also in your plugins docs.
