This is no doubt a path issue but I don't know how to fix it.
I tried some things from the knowledge base with no luck. Any ideas about how to fix this? I have uninstalled it, got rid of stuff in regedit as best as I can. Reloaded... repeat.... still not working. It was working earlier today just fine. ??

I would be very happy to completely un-install the program and reload it but there must me some hidden parts of this I have not been able to find so I can to a fresh install.

Works again.
I re-installed version 2 made sure it was working properly, then re-installed version 3. Now version 2 and 3 are working fine.
How can I delete version 2 with out having this problem again ?
Any suggestions - besides keep them both on the computer? I don't have very much room left on my hard drives.
sorry for the too big image file

It is definitely not necessary to have both installed; it can only be a coincidence (related to incomplete uninstalls/installs, corrupt MXM downloads, general file permissions issues with your OS user account, etc) that doing so helped. If you want to confirm that V2 is not actually doing anything, it's pretty easy to do that, by temporarily renaming the Program Files\Next Limit\Maxwell 2 directory. If you then use Programs and Features to uninstall Maxwell 2, Windows should tell you that it has probably already been uninstalled, and ask if you'd like to remove it from the list, which you can do, since by renaming (or deleting) the Maxwell 2 folder, you have effectively uninstalled it.
