I currently have a pretty powerful dual core system with 64 gb of memory.

It seems in the benchwell scores, most people have 64 gb of memory - unless that's the highest benchwell shows - i only see one 95gb near the top.

My question is - is anyone using 128gb of memory? or is it really not going to help out that much over 64? I have plenty of slots open and thought maybe i'dcheck out the performance boost if there was one.

For bechwell it won't make any difference if you're using 16GB or 128GB. As long as the scene fits into RAM there will be no benefit using more RAM.
