Mint material for Model+Model

Hi,
I've been trying to reproduce a material used in the new Model+Model collection. I want to use the mint plant but I'm having problems getting the same look as they have on their site (probebly a Vray render):
My result up to now looks like this:
Making organic materials isn't my strongsuit and I know there people here who's definitely is, so I was hoping to get some help with this
This is my material, it is based on the standart grass material from the Think site:

I don't think SSS is used in the model+model material but I did put it in my material, as leafes are almost always translucent.
I just can't get the leafes to have the same green color and that white rough reflection look. (I don't how else to discribe it, but the difference is obvious)
I think it will be quite a challange getting this material right

Oke so I used Devista material and modified it a bit and did a couple of test renders. This is how it's looking now:
It's still not the same look, the leafs seem a bit flat to me..
I'm now going to test Jason's

Well, the V-Ray version has a much more pronounced bump/normal mapping effect and the lighting is different giving highlights in different places. Also there is no DOF effect present making them look even sharper.

You're right, the lighting is a big factor. I'm using my own studio because that's the scene where the rest of the models are being rendered in.
The first one is the result of Jason's material, below is a combination of Jason's and Devista's, and a bit of my tweaking
They almost look the same but the last one has some single sided SSS in it but no falloff. Below is a photoshopped version, throwing in some saturation:
It's still not perfect, me being a critic, but it looks a lot better then what i've started with
This is the material used in the last render:

nice result
it's better to compare your result with real photo ; not with vray render
these leaves have like very small hair ; you can add velvet effect

i'm not sure, but i think a ThinSSS component without transmittance and ND of 3 is quite useless... no?
just turn of the scattering... the result looks the same

I really like the vray render look and real photo's often don't have that ideal look, unless you can find the perfect studio shot, but even those photo's are 90% of the time heavily photoshopped. For example, take a picture of your house's interiour, the photo will be super realistic, but will it have the same look as you find in magazines or see on blogs

You're right, I must have deleted them by accident.. But the result looks good..
Anyway, this one is better than the last one (not photoshopped):

It looks much better, but I think it's still missing some scattering.

The Vray render is using displacement -- so it you want a similar look you need to start there.
Best,
Jason.

That's a
big fat negative. There's NO displacement used in the Vray version......

Tok-Tok: Rusterberg has lite the scene in a different way. Check how much more front-lit it is
