3.0.1 Upgrade problem MacOS

Hi there,

Just wanted to upgrade my 3.0 to 3.0.1 on Mac OS (10.9.2) and after the install completed without any errors, I've tried to open any of the Maxwell Apps and I'm getting the following error message:

"Studio" can't be opened. You should move it to the Trash.

Note: Gatekeeper is set to "Allow apps downloaded from: Anywhere" (Security & Privacy > General)

Any ideas, why this is happening? Apple's Gatekeeper seems to think that the app has been altered by something other than the developer.

Any ideas?

Hi agundlak,

Yes we have detected an issue with the signing process in our last build, we are working now on fixing it. It should be solved in the following hours, I'll post here when its fixed.

This problem should be solved downloading Maxwell again from the server.

In general I'm impressed by the swift responses of everyone. So, no more excuses, let's get started with some serious rendering!
