hello.. i just installed MR v3 on my pc using Windows 7 at 64 bit. I have to install a 10 nodes floating licence, and already installed in a mac pro 2008 with RLM server.. evertything it's ok!!!
Doing the same installation procedure in the PC:
download the installation package for maxwell and the RLM server.
launch the installer for RLM server and maxwell
open the RLM server and licensing maxwell

when i open the RLM server, a error message appear: " no license for this host the hostname in the license file may be incorrect
the server start ob port 5054 but a continuos message appear: port 5053 in use, waitnig.....

after this when i try to open maxwell a error message appear:

impossible to open correctly the application ( 0xc000007b)

what's happen?
please.. help....

sorry... no one can help me for this trouble?
i cannot use maxwell v3 in windows machine.....

That "port 5053 in use" message indicates that you already have another instance of RLM already running on that computer, from another software that uses it, like Nuke, Mari, etc.
You can find in the RLM logs where is it running.

As only one instance of RLM can be running on a network, it is preventing to be launched twice.

You'll have to use your currently existing RLM service to serve also Maxwell licenses, as it is described in this page from our online Documentation Resources:
