artifacts in renders when using HDRI environment

Any suggestions here? Rendering with the physical sky looks great but I get white pixels all over the image when lighting with HDRI.

Let's see it. Can you post a render? We use HDRI for all of our renders, and never have any issue with artifacts.

I think this is related to the fast multilight preview somehow. If I press the refresh button (from the non fast multilight preview window) the artifacts go away.

Often when I make an adjustment to the lights, I get a yellow preview label in the top left corner and have to press refresh to make the artifacts go away.

Does the problem go away for good or does it come back when you make adjustments in the multilight values?
