I have read into this quite a bit and knew what I was kind of getting myself into. Are you just better off avoiding environment lighting? Or if you really want it, expect to wait? or pay a farm more?

I just got my renders back and set them to sl20, and the environment is just super noisy. All my renders that I did on a sweep with studio lights are amazing, and fast. I just kind of want a general consensus, if people try to avoid it as much as possible? Or is it truly worth the wait?

If your image is super noisy at SL 20, you are doing something wrong. Post a render or a scene.
