I cant validate my license

Hello,
after thinking about renewing my old v2 SketchUp SA plugin into v3, i decided to buy new learning edition license (im a student).
First, i had problem with logging in Customer Gateway - the password which i received seems not valid. I passed it by requesting new Customer Gateway password.

When i logged in, i downloaded (Download Area) Maxwell Render 3.0.0.0 (Full version) (Step 2) and SketchUp 2013 plugin (Step 3).
I followed all instructions included in Installation Instruction document, so:
- after downloading right - clicked and runned installer with administrator rights
- i didnt install RLM License Server

There was no any problems during installation process. When it was done i opened Maxwell and tried to activate my license (by choosing learning edition option - also, after many fails i tried to check other options like node locked edition etc. - 'wrong serial number error was appearing').
Im 100% sure that i filled activation form properly, using actual (new) Customer Gateway password, email and license key.
After pressing Finish button i receive message:
"Activation Failed!

Info
The license cannot be validated.
Please contact us via the customer gateway.
https://portal.nextlimit.com/

Errors
License data has been saved in the local machine but license is incorrect.
Error Code: -5. Error getting license, returned code : Bad signature in license
Please visit our support site."
Am i doing something wrong?
I never had such problems with SU Standalone plugin :/

I already did it yesterday, almost at same time when i post my message here ;)
Thanks for replay, anywai :)

// Problem solved :)
Prolly this was caused by polish special letters which i used.
(...)I also see a character in your name which may be causing the licensing issue so I´ve just changed that in your account.
